Thomas has appeared on national television in ABC's daytime soap All My Children, HBO's Bored to Death, Comedy Central's Important Things with Demetri Martin, Fox's The Morning Show with Mike and Juliet, FX's Rescue Me and Fuse's Let's Rock, You Roll. Thomas has starred as the lead in the independent features Metalheads: The Good, the Bad and the Evil and Daft Queens. In addition to her passion for theatre and film, Thomas is a concertizing flutist. She has toured all over the world performing her own compositions and arrangements, as well as premiering many pieces written for her.
